Things we did
Some memorable stops.
Bike Stanley Park
One of the most delightful parks, with flat roads and ocean views. The whole loop without stopping takes 45mins but it was fun to stop and taking some photos along the route. See Map
Cherry Blossoms at David Lam Park
When we went late May, we were lucky enough to catch the magical cherry blossoms. See Map
Granville Island Market
Along the harbor, is a collection of indoor and outdoor markets with food, produce, desserts and views. See Map
Things we ate
Some highlights and surprisingly amount of sweets.

This restaurant was on the Michelin Guide in 2023. They pride themselves in making Canadian cuisine. Our favorite dish was the Hirimasa. It has a wonderful blend of kombu and seaweed in three ways.See Site
Fish Man
As a seafood fan. this place really blew my mind. They have fresh crab, lobster, shellfish. Each dish is served with deep chinese flavors and formats. My favorite was the stewed fish with added glass noodles. See Map
Minami
Our friend recommended this place. Their sashimi cuts were just alright, but their stand out dish was definitely their Aburi sushi. The rectangular pieces are sweet and smokey. Would recommend going to try this piece. See Map
Vij's
Also another restaurant on the Michelin Guide featured in 2022. This indian spot explores deep spice flavors. Their chutney and garlic nann was definitely a stand out. See Map
Nemesis Coffee
We went to a number of coffee shops in Vancouver, but this was hands down our favorite spot. They source their own beans for a solid blend of quality pour over and cappuccinos. Their baked goods are from Dope Bakehouse were also just as delicious. We came on a weekend and there was a bit of a line. The hype was worth it. See Map
